Se these to the letters as seen above. In your inventory select the packaged toy and dismantle it to collect a kendama. Now combine this with the scissors to obtain string. Finally combine the string with the magnet to make a tied magnet.
Go back to your initial position and then tap the stairs ahead of you to go up to the doors. Look to the right and tap the bin in the corner to view it. Collect another symbol piece from it. Now look to the other side of this top area to see a small red stand. Use the tied magnet on this to collect a Taped magnet.
In your inventory combine the tapes magnet with the scissors to collect another symbol piece from the magnet. Go back again to the initial view and tap on the grey box to the left of the stairs. This will show you a plug in the floor. Use the Energy plug from your inventory to place in the slot. The box will open and reveal a sore map for the shopping center.
You will see that one symbol piece is there, for the bathrooms. But it is in the wrong place. Tap to collect this bathroom symbol, and then use the 5 symbol pieces that you now have and place them in the correct positions on the map.
